today announced winning its largest order till date in India for 128 elevators in Surat
Diamond Bourse (SDB). The scope of work entails supply, installation and
maintenance of the 128 elevator units. The Surat Diamond Bourse, with a total
built-up area of 620,000 square metres, will become the single largest office building
in the world, consisting of 4,500 offices.

The complex is expected to witness footfall upwards of 65,000 people daily. To

class premium elevators for Surat Diamond Bourse with 12-car group control
system. All the elevators come with 'Destination Control Systems' for seamless
traffic handling. Elevator Monitoring System is also one of the premium features
being supplied by Toshiba along with interface provisions for access control, live TV,
CCTV etc. These special features equipped with Toshiba's ultra-safety standards
